Personality: Quiet, focused, always intent on the other person's movement. He is an alert person, he shows no fear and no mercy. He feels fear but not in the sense that most people do, he has befriended fear, when he feels it - he acts. Instead of fear being a bad thing he has turned it into his own alarm, to sense danger before it comes. Fumbler was trained by the best of the best, his skills and tactics surpassing that of many. He shows or feels no basic emotions or contempt, he fire at a moments notice - and has hardly ever missed.

History: His history is unknown to anyone, even himself. But he was born during a massive war, his father was dead just outside their home, and enemy fighters were enclosing on them. The mother held her son close to her, she had named him Joshua, and hoped for the enemy to not take her child. She would rather anything but that. Just as an enemy rifleman burst into the home and opened fire, he found that there was no one there. He searched the whole house, shooting multiple objects. The frightened mother hid in silence under the house in the basement. She prayed that no one would look there, her prayers were weak in faith however, she had never truly believed God existed, but she hoped for this one miracle. Soon the rifeman left, or so it seemed and the woman sat her son down to make sure. She crept up the stairs and as soon as she opened the door, her lifeless body rolled backwards down the stairs in a flurry of blasts. The baby began to unleash a wail of crying.

There were now three rifleman, two ready to fire, but one turned on the other two - killing them with ease. He picked up the infant, who would soon be his apprentice. He would teach him everything he knew, and that he did. He left that home, concealing the infant carefully, not wanting anyone to ask what he was doing. Soon he made it through the battle and came to his own home. He was not really an enemy rifleman however, he was actually a humble villager. He pulled off the armor he had stolen and looked down at the infant who had ceased his crying and now looked around, as if dazed. The villager knew that the young boy would grow to be a great soldier. Even an amazing one perhaps, if he stayed long enough for training. And he did, and he grew to be the talented fighter he is today.

RP Sample: Pendo kept his senses on high alert, not
allowing anything to escape his detection. He needs to stay on guard,
even before the match started. It was time that Suna knew Konoha's
power, and the fact that this Jounin in front of him that she was
better than him made him slighlty angry. He didn not believe he was
better than her, because he knew very little about her, except for the
research he had done consisting of her clan, elements, and specialties.

Unfortunately
that was all he was able to find out about his opponent, and if he
could have, he would have tried to find out more. He on the other hand
kept his information secret, because even if she had done research on
him, which he highly doubted, then she would have found nearly nothing
except his basic elements: Water and Wind and his name. His clan wasn't
very well known, and no one in Suna had ever heard of it so he was safe
from her already knowing his kekei genkai.

He needed to think
and act, act with intelligence and fluency. He couldn't just act
without thinking, that would be deemed reckless, and recklessness
caused death. He watched as she refused to shake his hand, he made no
gesture or comment, but simply pulling back his hand, placing it back
in his pocket where it had been before. He liked to analyze and
decipher his opponent's movements before normally starting the real
battle, but unfortunately for him his opponent showed at least a bit of
decent intelligence.

Not only had she refused to shake his hand,
which was smart on her parts, despite the fact that he had nothing
planned, but she also seemed to be aware of her surroundings as well.
That would make the match only slightly more difficult, but it would be
simple to defeat her like all of the other ninja's he had so easily
defeated before. He doubted that this half-wit from Suna could even
compare to his skill and competence.

He caught the slightest
flicker of movement, that most would not have seen, the kind of
movement that was made before a leap. He had seen it multiple times
from his opponents, and she obviously didn't know that an aerial strike
was not very smart against a competent ninja, because when in the air
it is nearly impossible to change direction making it easier for your
opponent to strike. Unless she somehow were able to avoid, this match
could possibly end as quickly as it started.

He now knew that
she would jump, but where? From the direction her ankles were now, it
seemed she would try to jump over him. He also now knew that she was
reckless, and did not completely and thoroughly think through her moves
before acting. He was gaining a lot of information from her movements
alone, and he could now use this information to his advantage. He
smiled slightly, as she tried to jump over him, a crude but
understandable mistake.

With a swift motion almost
un-persceptable, he snatched a kunai he had been preserving from within
his pocket, and once again with incredible speed and swiftness, he
bended backwards and slashed upwards at her stomach. The strike would
simply cut her stomach, but do nothing fatal or severe. It was a simple
trick to show her what he was capable of. She was already in the air,
and above him, so there were very few ways that she could possibly ever
avoid the kunai was sliced at her stomach at such speed that he didn't
even think she had noticed his movement; After all, she was probably
busy with her own strategy.

Sorry for the really short history, I've just been extremely sick with ammonia, and I don't feel like typing too much. I replaced my Primary Weapon because the link wasn't working, so I decided on a different one. And yeah, can't wait for a battle.
